Mocaccino
The unique flavours of coffee and chocolate topped with whipped cream. A delicious and refined cofftail.
Ingredients
- Milk chocolate
- 1 Buondi espresso
- Cream/Whipped Cream
Preparation
- To prepare the chocolate, break the bar of chocolate and melt over a metal container, stirring slowly until the chocolate melts. Fill up to 1/3 of the cup with the melted chocolate
- Take a Buondi espresso directly from the machine and place it on top of the chocolate. Whip the cream until it becomes chantilly and place on top using a piping bag.
- Decorate with chocolate chips.
