Cappuccino
The flavour of sour cream and coffee with a touch of chocolate. A classic cofftail.
Ingredients
- Milk
- 1/3 of a cup of Buondi espresso
- Chocolate topping
Preparation
- Take a Buondi espresso, and fill up to one third of the cup.
- To make the cream, heat the milk in a milk jug using only the tip of the steam tap of the coffee machine, in order to emulsify the milk.
- Add the cream.
- Put on chocolate topping.
- Finish with the stylising pen to make drawings.
