Freddo
Iced coffee with a touch of basil. A refreshing and sophisticated cofftail.
Ingredients
- 1 Buondi "Abatanado" coffee (halfway between an espresso and an Americano coffee)
- 1 packet of sugar = 6 grams
- 6-7 ice cubes
- 1 basil leaf
Preparation
- Put Buondi "Abatanado" coffee, sugar and ice in the shaker and mix for just 6 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into a tall cocktail glass.
- Decorate with basil.
