Latte Macchiato
The comforting simplicity of emulsified milk and coffee. A perfect cofftail for cold days.
Ingredients
- Milk
- 1 Buondi espresso
- 1 coffee bean
Preparation
- Heat the milk in a milk jug, using only the tip of the steam tap of the coffee machine, in order to emulsify the milk.
- Pour the milk into the glass to the top.
- Extract a Buondi espresso and place it slowly on top of the cream.
- Place a coffee bean on the top for decoration.
