Sunset Lemon
Refreshing and energising. A surprising combination of BUONDI® coffee with lemon juice and muscovado sugar, perfect for hot days or as an alternative cocktail for parties.
Ingredients
- 12 Ice cubes
- 30ml Lemon juice
- Muscovado sugar
- 1 BUONDI® espresso
- Lemon slice for garnish (optional)
- Sparkling water (optional)
Preparation
- Place the ice, lemon juice, sugar and espresso in the shaker
- Mix for 10 seconds and pour into a glass
- Decorate with mint leaves.
- Add a lemon slice to the rim of the glass for an elegant visual touch.
- You can finish with a splash of sparkling water for a lighter and fizzy texture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this unique and refreshing drink.
