The path to obtaining raw materials from responsible sources has been gradual and continuous, representing a commitment grounded in the joint efforts of all involved parties.
Obtaining responsibly sourced coffee means knowing in detail the groups of farmers who supply green coffee, with the guarantee of certification by independent organizations. To achieve this, it is necessary to guarantee conditions are based on economic, social and environmental dimensions of health and/or safety – protecting not only the planet and the environment but also the communities of coffee producers.
