A perfect combination of some of the finest unwashed Arabica beans from Brazil and washed Arabica beans from Ethiopia with Robusta beans from Uganda and Nicaragua. Medium roast coffee, which highlights its natural acidity, which is fresh and fruity, with hints of green apple. The acidity is balanced with the bitterness of the Arabica beans, with hints of hazelnut and some sweetness of passion fruit. The body is balanced and velvety.
